Though the rules and FAQ are subject to change, here they are:
Rules
1. Only legitimately licensed material may be put up for sale.
2. All dealers are to arrive between 8am and 8:30 am for set up.
3. Your reservation must be made by October 24.
4. Anyone selling edged weaponry must inform their customers that these
weapons are not appropriate con gear. After the purchase of any edged weaponry
the customer must take the goods off campus immediately. The campus tends
to be antsy about that sort of thing. This does not apply to
wooden weapons.
FAQ
Q: What genres of merchandise are appropriate to put up for sale?
A: The answer to that question is ultimately up to each individual
dealer. The types of merchandise that will sell the best are anime, manga, Asian
goods, role playing games and merchandise, and generally other geek and otaku
related stuff. ^_^ Any age-restricted material must be properly labeled and
censored and IDs must be checked prior to sale.
Q: What's it going to cost me?
A: In order to accommodate every business large and small Ronin Con
offers each dealer the ability to buy individual tables at $25 a piece. Each
table measures around 3' x 6'.
Q: How many tables can I wrest out of you?
A: As many as you want! Most dealers opt for between 3 and 5 tables.
Q: Okay, I'll be there! But, how do I reserve tables?

first, and we can arrange payment by check or by PayPal.
Q: What security is being offered if I choose to leave my merchandise in
place overnight?
A: The entire building that Ronin Con is held in will be locked and
secured overnight. The Dealer's Room itself will be secured by two U locks.
During operation hours there will be at least 2 con security staff on hand to
keep things running smoothly. |
